It has always been an age old debate about (1) the helpless history of rock & roll stigma vs. nation building sanitization, (2) the I-don't-care-about-you-but-your-local=bad-perception matters, and when you sprinkle a little economics on it, (3) the issue of critical mass.

Well, thank gawd for My/Yours/TheirsSpace and the current spectacle on national television; we can write our own history and change people's views weekly while still scratching our head figuring out a business model.

The place I call home but the 'kampong mat malay' bass still needs to be delivered. Talking about delivering and still on the home scene, here's a shout out to I Am David Sparkle for overcoming the challenges and will be rocking out at SXSW in a few days time.

Noo-Mutant-Dup

For sure he will be a tad too shy to drop this on his own. Our man, NooDup, will be making his first ever public appearance after centuries of hermitting in the Cave of Knowledge mastering chess-playing & code-cracking. Now known as the anti-hero legend and you can expect more unpredictable changes & transformations as the appearance is taking place at Mutant Dub afterall. Screwface will be there too, as his REAL self. Not too hard to notice, just follow the hair.

To the instigated

Weekends alone in your sanctum can be the most introspective.
And the fruits of this exile can be invigorating.

So recently i discovered the cultural world of dublab and its vast recesses. An independent non-profit radio(Web)collective whose actions have radically survived the weight of time. Although i have not yielded much research into their being, but it almost feels like i've plugged myself directly into their minds.

Here's a live performance by Flying Lotus, its pretty damn hot
